Waiting for my copy of Avatar to arrive. Hopefully it won't be too long. Be interested to hear about Firefly - whether it might be something we might enjoy. Have fun watching it, Pat!.

I ran into town and picked up Avatar at Best Buy on Sunday... Geoff has watched it 2x and I've watched it once in the last 2 days :) Geoff was surprised/disappointed at first that it wasn't offered in 3D, but stated that it was just as good in 2D. I was a little surprised also that it didn't come with a copy in 3D along with the paper 'glasses' because so many -have- come out that way recently. **shrug**

Kathleen: I am! lol

Sheila: I can Imagine not liking them I loved the movie. When it was on tv it must have been on late in my area or against something I wouldn't give up lol Glad to have it now though!

JJ: I had heard the expensive copy would offer both versions. If not it could be because those w/ paper glasses sucked! I had WallE and Journey to the Center of the Earth with Brandon Frasier and tried the 3D version of both and couldn't stand it... I don't think they had it down correctly yet for small screen or maybe the "glasses".
