Grrrrrrr
As some of you have heard me complain before: BooBoo Kitty has a habit of waking me up around 5 am (sometimes earlier!!)
At that hour in the morning words come to me such as:
Kill.
Strangle.
Death Wish.
Well, you get the picture....
After said cat wakes me and gets fed, this is some of what I see of him for the rest of the day...
(sleep position number 1)
(number 2)
(number 3)
(number 4)
(number 5)
number 6, again.. you get the picture..
You will never know how tempted I am to continually wake him from his naps!!!

If he doesn't get cranky and bite-y if you do, I'd encourage you to wake him up. (But I'm a meanie and I always bother the cats unless they're in "Leave me alone"-mode. ^-~)
BooBoo is an adorable thing, though. ^-^
I'll take position number 5... that chair looks mighty comfy to me.
Shanra: lol revenge is sweet eh? lol
cath: yeah it's not a bad chair.. when i can get it lol
Cute! It looks just like my AngelCakes.
Slapinions: yeah but does AngelCakes wake you everyday at 5 am?????
Oh, boy. I would be poking his sleeping carcess every chance I got. Revenge? Heck, yeah!
He really is a beautiful cat, Pat, but if he kept waking me up at that ungodly hour, we'd be talking serious revenge.
cjh
Well Pat, I would say that cat has you trained well. But I should talk because the stray I started feeding after feeling guilty seeing it eating a lizard, has now started waiting at my front door for his/her/it's breakfast every morning. And now there has to be a pet and scratch afterwards. (Of course then I run inside and wash thoroughly before I touch my face or anything that would set off my allergies. my 'cat friends' came over to feed the critter while I was away. (Don't think they were worried about me, but had to care for the cat!)
Hope you have a good Labor Day Weekend. Vala
cj lol.. I can't .. though I am tempted lol.. he is about 9 yrs old and for 9 yrs david fed him before he went to work.. at 5 am..habits are not easily broken lol.. it wouldn't be so bad if I could fall back to sleep but once I wake.. thats it no matter how much I want to go back to sleep the most I would do is lay there and toss and turn.
Hey vala: yup animals have the technique to train us all! lol No plans for the weekend. once again my son is supposed to come up and put up the shelves.. we'll see lol
He's so gorgeous! If we put him with mine they'd look like Basement Cat and Ceiling Cat! Cat 2 has just taken the whole waking me up thing too far and is now locked out of the bedroom. She will always try to curl up ON me. And lick my face. Like you, I can never get back to sleep again afterwards. Grrr...
oh I know how you feel, one of ours, known as the Hobbit does the same thing to us and if we ignore him he starts to throw things, there is nothing like being woken in the early hours with a book in the head; to wake and look up at cat threatening to send your laptop to the floor (he takes hostages).
stormfilled: i'd lock him out but there are only the two of us and I feel guilty if i closed him out after taking him from living w/ 9 other cats to living alone in 2 rooms
book pusher: sounds like you have some cat stories to tell! lol
LOL, LOL....He is adorable though....I recognize many of those positions. Dear Sweetie looks a lot like BooBoo only his hair is longer....They do sleep a lot, don't they? Too bad he has this 5 AM Clock in him...OY!
naomi: it's amazing how much they sleep because he sleeps most of the night on my bed with me.. before waking me at 5! (today was 4!!)
